Terms & Conditions Price: All prices quoted are F.O.B. East Gate Farms. Prices are wholesale to the trade only and are subject to change without notice. Terms: All terms are cash only. Established accounts are allowed 30 days, unless credit arrangements are made prior to pick up or delivery. Past due accounts will be subject to 1.5% per month interest charge. This is an annual percentage rate of 18%. Delivery & Pick Up: Delivery of all product is available on our enclosed trucks for an additional fee. Please make arrangements to pick up product at the nursery 24 hours in advance. This will allow for ample time to fill your order. All products must be picked up before 4PM. Claims: We guarantee our product to be alive, healthy, and true to name. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of product. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the purchase price of the plant. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
